Great and fun team-building over the weekend at Avilion Admiral Core, Port Dickson. It the biggest team building i ever attended. Approx 150 staffs including Manager and executive level. I am glad and get to know lots of staffs during this 2 day events. Some of are fun and some are crazy..hahahaha. This is just the beginning of my journey in Ambank and looking forward to have better working relationship within the HR.

Aww...I think life is a bit boring nowadays and it is getting end of 2011. I have not going to any overseas trip this year.Work so hard for money and yet money is not enough..wat the hell x!@#$..no shopping for few months & watch every single cents I spend..So pathetic.

I am so busy with my new job. It is not easy & actually i am getting tired of it. probably tis is bcoz my previous job is more relaxing & easy to handle plus i get to know most of the staffs there..here busy frm AM to PM plus i am new to this industry which require me to learn frm A to Z. Every work till 7.30 or 8PM. by the time i reach home almost 10pm..sien..Luckily friday off at 5pm. sien coz my boss like to giv work af working hour...small team wit tons of work..

I am dreaming of my ex coll..how much fun we had..the things we been through..gals party..and CM the good one.. really miss those old days.

Super busy month for me. Busy preparing Annual Tax Return Form (EA) for all employees (approx 1000-2000 headcount) and I only have about 4 weeks time. Other than that, CNY is around the corner. So many gathering and makan makan session.
And my wedding reception is around the corner. I will get my cheungsum by this week and need to prepare other small thingy like deco for my hse, bride's car, invitation card, jimus flower etc. All handmade by ourself. Luckily i got a very good helper to help me out.

Few more days and it will come to end, Year 2010. Looking back what I've done for 2010, actually there isn't much things happening. Often in life, we can take things for granted. Just being able to walk is something to be grateful for. How many ppl out there are disable and unable to simply walk up a stairs? Focus on all the good things in your life and eventually it will establish positive energy.

One of my favourite. Advice to all couple who want to take pre-wedding portraits.Do survey and don't just stick to bridal house. Alot freelance photographer out-there, find out the style that you like and pricing as well. Use more creativity and bring along someone to help you. I must said this is not the best take, if I given one chance I would like to take one more shot.

I just know it but I just can't accept it right now. Increment is 2%. wtf..Work so hard and end up this is all I got. With 1 month bonus while others receive 3 months and above. All the money just go to the evil groups.
I will NOT do year end EA coz I just don have the heart to work with u anymore. Last year work so hard and no bonus and hope this year will have some fruitful ending but the answer they give me is totally rubbish. Really sux. I never face such evil person in my work life before. Is not my prob, those who work with her before do have the same comment. Some even don invite her to their wedding dinner and such although they are coll. Just ignore her. Imagine I still need to go to work and smile at her. Every time she smile back is just an evil smile. bad girl !

Whatever it is, I will do what I love and want to do for so long. Learn photography.

Read through one of the blog today, somehow it makes me think some ppl will eventually take the hardest step in their relationship either go or let go.

Every day you’ll get stronger and discover who you are and what you really want in a partner. Staying in a relationship when you are too young stops you from growing in some ways and hinders you becoming who you really are.

High school sweetheart or couple in relationship for 10years. I believe there is no more sparks and they just like the boring couple at home and sex eventually will become dull and bored. No offence to all the couple outthere. I have read some forum, where some of the couple and even husband complaint on their boring marriage and sex life.Of course there are some end with good ending. Happily ever after.

There’s no point in settling only to regret it for the rest of your life, sometimes the comfort and familiarity becomes overwhelming and you forget what else is out there.

Go out and do what you like to do before it too late to regret.

Finall got my gown after try on various type of gown. My gown is simple type but behind the tail is long and huge. I probably need to wear a can-can. I feel tired after try so many gown.
Will go for alteration next month and collect 1 week after tat..just about time 11 days before my photo-shot.

Hopefully will not gain weight la.
I bought my wedding gown from D'Glitters @ Plaza Damaz. Overall the service is good and the price I think is ok but the design is limited if compare to bridal shop. But they are having promotion 40% discount for all gown. I still can sell off my gown after I use it with discount as well, so it is not too bad compare to gown renting.

Holy shit ! I think am become more and more details in preparing for the D-day. But of course within budget limitation.
From choosing gown to photographer, ideas, card design, card printing, website,restaurant booking, flowers, gifts, car decoration and etc.
Gown choosing, from satin to lace then to chiffon. The lightest the better, easier for me to move around. I want to try a different style other from the ordinary gown. This is the most difficult part. I need choose either buy from the rack or custom made which I need to wait for mins 3 weeks. Price, quality and sell back option is taking into consideration. Dam !

I want red daisy or fuchsia/pink tulips for my hand bouquet. I want a red/yellow flat shoes as well.
What else I need...hmm

You find life make things difficult for you, work sucks, life sucks, everything seems to go wrong...

Read the following story... it may change your views about life:

After a conversation with one of my friends, he told me despite taking 2 jobs, he brings back barely above 1K per month, he is happy as he is.
I wonder how he can be as happy as he is considering he has to skimp his life with the low pay to support a pair of old parents, in-laws, a wife, 2 daughters and the many bills of a household.

He explained that it was through one incident that he saw in India that happened a few years ago when he was really feeling low and touring India after a major setback.

He said that right in front of his very eyes he saw an Indian mother chop off her child's right hand with a chopper. The helplessness in the mother's eyes, the scream of pain from the innocent 4-year-old child haunted him until today.

You may ask why did the mother do so; had the child been naughty, had the child's hand been infected?? No, it was done for two simple words- - -TO BEG!

The desperate mother deliberately caused the child to be handicapped so that the child could go out to the streets to beg.
Taken aback by the scene, he dropped a piece of bread he was eating half-way. And almost instantly, a flock 5 or 6 children swamped towards this small piece of bread which was covered with sand, robbing bits from one another. The natural reaction of hunger.

Stricken by the happenings, he instructed his guide to drive him to the nearest bakery. He arrived at two bakeries and bought every single loaf of bread he found in the bakeries. The owner was dumbfounded but willingly sold everything. He spent less than $100 to obtain about 400 loaves of bread (this is less than $0.25 per loaf) and spent another $100 to get daily necessities.

Off he went in the truck full of bread into the streets. As he distributed the bread and necessities to the children (mostly handicapped) and a few adults, he received cheers and bows from these unfortunate. For the first time in his life he wondered how people can give up their dignity for a loaf of bread which cost less than $0.25.

He began to tell himself how fortunate he is. How fortunate he is to be able to have a complete body, have a job! , have a family, have the chance to complain what food is nice and what isn't nice, have the chance to be clothed, have the many things that these people in front of him are deprived of...

Now I begin to think and feel it, too! Was my life really that bad? Perhaps... no, I should not feel bad at all... What about you? Maybe the next time you think you are, think about the child who lost one hand to beg on the streets.

When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us.

It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that! we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past, you can't go on well in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.

A short recharge trip to PD with my fellow colleagues. The hotel was nicely design and we do enjoy and relax although we have missed some of the pre-plan activities .ei. the sunset cruises and the water sports games, yet we still enjoy ourselves at the pool and havin seafood for lunch & dinner.

Short recharge trip to Bangkok

I just back from a short trip to Bangkok. The weather is superbly hot and warm. Make my skin oily & sticky all the time. Advice those want to go BKK soon, prepare umbrella when you go out coz the sun will tan your skin. Bangkok is truly a shopping heaven, the fashion and the price is awesome. I lurve Chatuchak weekend market, Phatuwan and all the food ! simply irresistible & tasty ! You can as lowest at RM10 for 1 piece of cloths in Platinum Mall. Chatuchak market price is slightly higher, average Rm20 & above depends on the design.

Both are intertwined.We need love to live a meaningful life, have relationships, because we need to have sense of attachment. At the sametime , we need money to support our basic living.

Which is more important?? Money is a sensitive topic. Human try to avoid the conversation because it will create unhappiness, unpleasantness and misunderstand between your partners, family and friends. I totally agreed with this.

For younger generation, love is important but for us the older generation..we have growth up both phsically and mentally. Bun are definetely more important nowadays. With bun you can find love too. Not to said that we are greedy but we still need money to go for dating, food, travel and etc. For me, there is no such thing as 'yau ching yam sui bao' lor. But I will said how you spend your money depends how you feel and think. Our belief in money and how we manage our money are influence by our family, lifestyle, exposure and environment in which we grew up and currently living.Therefore, it is unusual to have both couple have similar thoughts about managing money but love and money can make a blissful relantionship.

Sometimes it is our faith ... either you are rich, moderate or poor. You just can't ignore it.....

I am not so feeling well today.There is a symptom of cough & sore throat. I need to take leave and rest...
Sitting in front of my pc alone in da room @ office make me feel so empty. Everyone have something missing in their life and me too. The missing things eventually will come to us and we did no need to go and search for it although we try too :p

So, what is missing from your life ? I probably can lend a telescope for you to seach further or torch light to search among the darkness. If not, try other way to make your life more interesting.

How to spice up your life? To be happy we need to find a balance between comfort and adventure. If you keep on living your life on predictable styles, it feels boring and there is no room for improvement. To move on or not is up to you.

As for me, I want to improve and I want my ppl besides me happy and improve as well. Not necessary to spend alots money to make you happy. Have some activities with your friends or your love. It's is important to move out from the comfort zone. For some ppl, just a little maybe enough. (I guess this is me coz am lazy..hahahaha) Improve doesn't mean need to change yourself. Personally, I dont really like ppl who try to change the way I am. I am who I am. wtf

Been to this KL Urbanscapes 2010 @ Sentul Park. Approx 10mins walk from my house at Jalan Ipoh. So dam near. The weather is hot and there's lotsa stuff u can grab from the market, mostly the vintage & retro design.

Sentul Park Koi Center. There is an entrance fee for normal day.

I really need some ideas to simplify my life. Life is too many burden and worries.

A simple life has a different meaning and a different value for every person. For me, I still find it difficult to live in simple way. I need eschewing chaos for peace, and spending my time doing what’s important to me.

Getting rid of many of the things so I can spend time with people I love and do the things I love. Getting rid of the clutter so left with only that which gives me value.

However, getting to simplicity isn’t always a simple process. It’s a journey, not a destination, and it can often be a journey of two steps forward, and one backward.

Long awaited our trip is finally end. 9ppls (4D 3N) stays in 4 bedroom private villa @ Kerobokan. It was a quite and balinese feel but definitely need a transport to go out.

It was so hot in Bali but yet we still enjoying ourselves to the max. Daily 10hours outing and we end the day by relaxing & drinking by the pool side. We have 1 bottle of blacklabel, 1 bottle of japanese plum wine and another bottle of Alizé Rose which finished in 2 nite. Another few bottle of Bali famous beer, Bintang. Crazy nite ! drink drank zzZZz

Accidental death verdict for Ka Yi Wu

A University of Sheffield student had blood coming from both nostrils after she was knocked over and killed by a taxi on her way home from the Information Commons, an inquest has heard.

Ka Yi Wu, 19, died from head injuries including a fractured skull less than 30 minutes after being hit by the taxi on Manchester Road in Broomhill, Sheffield Coroner’s Court was told.

Wu, originally from China and known to friends as Joyce, was a second year Business Studies student at the University.

Assistant Deputy Coroner David Urpeth said: “Whilst the death of anyone is always a tragedy, the death of somebody so young is particularly poignant.

“This was a young lady who had been a long way from home. The reason why she was out so late was that she was studying hard. The fact that she met her death in the way she did is an utter tragedy.”

Wu had been studying in the IC on Saturday, April 24 and took a bus from Weston Park to Manchester Road shortly after midnight.

She got off at the bus stop facing Tapton House Road and tried to cross Manchester Road from behind the bus as it pulled away.

The driver of the taxi, Mohammed Shafique, said he was driving at around 30mph in the opposite direction to the bus when he heard a loud bang at the side of his cab.

Wu had been wearing dark clothing on the night which left her “virtually invisible”, said PC Jarrod Barton, a collision investigator for South Yorkshire Police.

But PC Barton said a police reconstruction suggested Wu collided with the front of the cab, contrary to Mr Shafique’s evidence.

The impact of the collision left Wu immediately unconscious. Her black tights were torn and there was a smear of blood where her body landed and slid across the road.

A right handprint was uncovered on the bonnet of the taxi where she had been carried for a short distance, while the number plate was dislodged.

PC Barton said the taxi would have been unable to stop even if Mr Shafique saw her emerge from the back of the bus.

Mr Shafique was released without charge after being interviewed by police earlier this year.

The coroner recorded a verdict of accidental death.

Cheese, Ham & Egg Rolls

Ingredient:
8 slices White / Whole meal bread
8 slices Chicken / Turkey / Pork ham
8 slices Cheddar Cheese
Flour solution (2 tbsp Plain flour + 1 tbsp water)
Dried basil leaves
3 eggs, beaten
Pinch of salt
Dash of pepper
Butter for frying

Methods:
1. Beat eggs with salt and pepper, stir in basil leaves.
Set aside.2. Combine flour solution. Set aside.
3. Cut away the crust of bread.
Roll flat with a rolling pin.
4. Put a slice of ham on bread and a slice of cheese on the cheese.
5. Spread some flour solution on the end of bread.
6. Roll up and close tight.
7. Heat butter. Dip bread roll with egg mixture.
8. Pan fry till golden brown. Serve.

Trip to Sg Chiling

Weekend trip to Sg Chiling, Kuala Kubu Bahru. Approx 1hr+ drive from KL. We took Sprint Highway from PJ--> Rawang --> Serendah --> Kuala Kubu Bharu. From Kuala Kubu, we took the main road as there is only 1 way in to Sg Chiling.

The journey took approx 1hr & 30 mins depending on the speed. Advice, bring walking sticks, wear water proof sandals (ie. Croc sandals), extra cloths and sunblock. The journey is quite fun and you need to follow the right track (just follow left where the water come from) and you will be doing fine.

We reached the waterfall before noon. The place was small and the water is cool. By 1pm, the place is crowded. Is best to go early if you want to enjoy peaceful scenery.
